Knowing Perception, Illusion, and Hallucination

We would often hear the term perception, illusion, and hallucination. In psychological science, the words are very familiar to those engaged in it. But what exactly is the perception, illusion, and hallucination in terms of the psyche?

Perception is the result of interaction between the two factors, namely sensory stimuli which are mapped to an individual or individuals and the factors that influence or processing stimuli that regulate intra-psychic. influencing factors can be biological, social, and psychological. Because of the influence upon between the two factors, in which also joined the association, then there was an outcome of specific interactions that are "mental picture".

Illusion is a sensory perception caused by the stimulation of the five senses are interpreted incorrectly. In other words, the illusion is an incorrect interpretation of a stimulus to the senses.
