During this time many people assume that if a person has a high intelligence quotient (IQ) is high, then that person has the opportunity to achieve greater success in the appeal of others. In fact, there are many cases where a person who has a high level of intelligence of others excluded from the lower level of intellectual acumen. Apparently IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is high does not guarantee a person will achieve success.

Daniel Goleman, a Harvard University professor explained that there are measures / benchmarks that determine a person's level of success. In his famous book, Emotional Intelligence, proved that people are more emotional level can show a person's success.

Intelligence Quotient (IQ) can not thrive. If a person is born with moderate IQ, the IQ can never be increased or decreased. This means that if a person was born with intellectual intelligence (IQ) is enough, he's useless to try in every way to get a superior IQ (genius), and vice versa. However, Emotional Quotient (EQ) can be developed lifelong learning.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is growing as the growth of a person from birth to death. EQ growth is influenced by the environment, the family, and examples from any person born of parents. Emotional Intelligence involves many important aspects, which seems increasingly hard to find in modern humans, namely:

empathy (to understand people in depth)
express and understand feelings
control anger
autonomy
adaptability
favored
interpersonal problem-solving skills persistence
solidarity
hospitality
comity

Parents are one of the first to teach emotional intelligence to their children by example and a good example. So that children have high emotional intelligence, parents should teach their children to:

foster a warm friendship and harmony
working in a group in harmony
speak and listen effectively
achieve a higher corresponding rules (sportsmanship)
solve the problem with a rogue friend
empathize with others
solve the problem
resolve conflicts
evokes a sense of humor
motivate yourself when faced with difficult moments
facing a difficult situation with confidence
bonding

If someone has a high IQ, coupled with a high EQ as well, the person will be better able to control the situation, and seize any opportunities without creating new problems.
